SkillWorks indexes Claude Code skills, subagents, plugins and marketplace repositories from GitHub and the skills.sh registry, and publishes a 0-100 score for each one. Works (40%). Will Claude Code load it? Frontmatter parses; a subagent carries the name and description its reference marks required, and a skill is deducted rather than failed for omitting either; a skill's name matches its directory; allow-listed tools are real tool names; every referenced file exists in the repo; the body is more than a stub; JSON manifests are valid. 2. Maintained (25%). Days since last push on a steep curve, recent commit volume, archived or disabled status, fork status, licence presence. 3. Adopted (20%). skills.sh install counts and repository stars, log-scaled, plus 30-day star velocity measured against our own nightly snapshots. 4. Documented (15%). Instruction length, worked examples, heading structure, bundled scripts and reference files. Grades: A+ >= 90, A >= 82, B+ >= 74, B >= 66, C+ >= 56, C >= 46, D >= 34, F below. "Broken" is a narrow, checkable claim: unparseable frontmatter, a subagent missing its name or description, an invalid manifest, an empty marketplace, or an archived source repository. It is never a matter of taste. A skill missing a name or a description is NOT counted broken here: Anthropic documents both as optional for a skill, which takes its command from the directory name and its routing text from the first paragraph of the body, and documents both as required for a subagent.
